What happens if you swallow mouthwash?

Nothing, it's fairly mild stuff. I've swallowed a mouthful by mistake and felt no ill effects.

Nothing will happen. Some mouthwash contains alcohol. That's why they put 'do not swallow' on the bottle.
If you drank a bottle you might throw up but you would be fine and your burps would possibly smell nice.
