What is a better way to lose weight: walking on the treadmill, walking outdoors...

not what you asked but, you can burn ten to twenty calories a minute by jump roping, it just depends on the intensity :)
 
Dancing because its fun and you could do lots of different moves :) It helps build you ab muscles and what not
 
Dancing burns a lot more calories.

I do my Wii at home and go on my Cross trainer, it takes about 2 hours to burn off 500 calories.

But when i go to Zumba, the estimated amount of calories you burn is 500-800 per hour.

I lent my Zumba for Wii to my partners mum for about a month and get it back tomorrow so i'll be able to do it everyday again.
