I do my Wii at home and go on my Cross trainer, it takes about 2 hours to burn off 500 calories. But when i go to Zumba, the estimated amount of calories you burn is 500-800 per hour. I lent my Zumba for Wii to my partners mum for about a month and get it back tomorrow so i'll be able to do it everyday again.
