I know this seems like a stupid question but I will be going on my first cruise and can't figure out what a cruise elegant night is? Is that also in the free dining rooms, or do you have to pay extra??? For example, do I need to pay extra to dress up or do we dress up even in the free buffet style dining rooms? thanks!!!!!
