I have just joined up to the gym and find it hard to entertain myself for an hour.
I normally do 20 mins on the tredmill, 5 mins on the rower and 5/10 mins on the cross trainer. Few sit ups and muscle work but to be honest I do not have a clue I just do what my friend is doing.
I am going on my own tonight and I want to do a full hour workout feel like I have achieved something but I don’t know where to start and I can’t ask for assistance/personal plan because I am not yet a member.
