What is a good Bluetooth earpiece for use by someone who wears eyeglasses?

I have found that some of the earpieces are difficult to put over my ear and that my ear begins to hurt a bit after I've had one on for a while. I finally figured out that the fact that I wear eyeglasses and the two ear hooks fight each other could be the problem. My eyeglass frame is not especially thick but not wire-thin either.
