I am signed up for a Cake Decorating class, but the first class calls for 6 plain flat cookies to frost. I don't know what kind of cookie to make, and I bake often, I just don't frost my cookies.
Does anyone have a recipe for a good, round, unflavored cookie that will be good for frosting?
