I am a 20 yr old college student. I don't have much time or much money, just fyi. I am 5"2 and way 122 lbs. I am very petite on top and carry most of my weight on my upper thighs and butt. I was an athlete in high school but am not one in college. I know that I have gained weight and lost muscle tone. I would like a fitness routine that would enable me to lose about 12 lbs- my ideal weight is 110 lbs. I was wondering if anyone could come up with a routine that would include foods (what, how much) to eat and a work out schedule ( what to do, when, how much) -keeping in mind that I am not a great runner and need a lot of work on my butt and would also like to tone up my mid section.
