What is a good Home Theater System circa $200?

every home-theater-in-a-box is a piece of garbage
give the $200 to charity and you'll get more out of it
save up for a good amp (onkyo txsr606)
good speakers (jamo, infinity)
and a good active sub (jamo sub250)

The more you spend the better the sound. I'd wait until you can pay more...and hear it at your local Furture Shop or wherever first.
$200 will sound "tinny"!
