I need a name for a menu for penne with a meat sauce but want something that is more appetizing. The recipe is a basic marinara with ground beef only so I cannot call it bolognese or ragu. Any ideas?

I also need a name for angel hair with fresh mushrooms, tomatoes & spinach in a basil pesto sauce.

How about Vegatable Pasta Delight for the second one and for the first one Srumptious meetsause?

I would just call it a bolognese sauce. I doubt the bolognese police will do anything about it.

Besides, there are thousands of bolognese sauce recipes. It's would be worth naming it bolognese just to annoy the snobs.

Call your angel hair dish Capellini ala fungi fresca

Hmmmm marinara with ground beef could be Marinara Con Carne. Con carne is "with meat" in italian. Im guessing marinara is marinara in italian

For the angel hair you could call it Giardino Angelo. That means angel garden. Your angel hair pasta has "angel" hair and lots of veggies.
