What is a good nutrition guide for my weight?

Hello. I've been overweight my entire life. I am a 21 year old male that weighs 270 pounds and I finally decided to change. I want to get in shape but I don't know where to start. I was planning on starting the INSANITY workout but I have to be at LEAST 30 pounds overweight. What should I be eating? I plan on just using the treadmill for now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
hit the gym.. workout 4-5 days a week
40-60 mins of training with weights
then 30 mins of cardio

drink green tea
an take cla supplment
u will do well
 
Yah insanity is a bad idea for you. Its kills me and top athletes. Start slow and work your way to harder things. Start with walks everyday ( long and at a fast pase) then when thats easy for for jogs and get a gym membership and work out buddy and it can be fun.
 
Well you need to start eating healthy,I mean not fast food. and your exercise machine is good to start but you could also start walking out of your a/c area
