What is a good restaurant/lounge to go to in Hollywood?

For my friend's birthday we are trying to find a classy lounge/restaurant in either hollywood or l.a area. We would like a place where we can preferably eat dinner at too and then dance afterwards with bottle service. We are also looking for something more upscale so we can dress up. Any suggestions? Thanks!
