i want to throw my sister a surprise bday get together, I was hopeing to find something really cozy for about 10 people or less where we can eat and drink and possibly dance? any suggestions??
 
I dont know if i can fit all your criteria, but Jaya Thai on 3rd ave ,nyc, is a nice place, amazing decorations and food and everything.
