I'm 15 and soon to be 16 and I want to get a good quality road bike either Avanti, Specialized or Giant that is in the $800-$1100 range.... I have no idea what to get.

Try them all and pick the one you like best. The bikes will be pretty close in quality for the same price range. Some shops are friendlier then others so keep that in mind.
