What is a good tasting wine to drink at a college party?

i have recently turned 21 and like most college students have been drinking beer and vodka for a while. what i havn't gotten but have been curious about is wine. i know i like white wine due to trial and error. i have tried barefoot and yellow tail to name a couple and didn't care too much for them. im looking for something not too expensive but could take with me to a party just to change from the usual beer. most important i just want something that tastes good and so far have failed in that department. any recommendations? thnx for your help
