what is a good way to bond with my girl's high school soccer team?

I'm a man with tons of coaching experience and I'm coaching a 1st year soccer program. I don't know how much personal information I should share with these ladies. Also, some of them told me they want me to yell at them and push them to be the best they can be and some of them have told me to be patient with them and show that I care about them, which I do !!!!
 
It's easy to go both ways. Simply watch them practice and yell out corrections. This will help push them. Make them run laps before practice. Make them practice passing and scoring and getting past other players. If someone is slacking you can yell for them to pick up the pace. At the end of the day make sure you tell them they did great. Be a leader. You could bring cookies for the end of practice. That will show you care about them. Give them corrections. Tell them what they need to work on and what they do well.
