What is a good workout routine to get toned?

There are so many weighs

Firstly i would recommend you keep doing the training classes
The days you dont do the training classes go for a 3 km jog and do 100 sit ups or push ups
Situps are very good to tone up your abbs.
Pushups tone up your whole body but they are definitely harder

I'm a female and I am 27. I'm 5'5" and am currently at 135lbs. I've lost about 15-20 lbs in the last 5 months, but now I want to look toned. I work out 4-5 times a week. I currently do an hour of weight training classes and about 45 min of cardio and 20 min of yoga afterwards. Should I just focus more on weights than cardio? I'd appreciate any help, Thanks.

There are many effective programs out there, I would recommend going with one, that is gauranting to be effective and will allow you to reach your goal. I have been using a program that has worked wonderfully for me. You are Welcome to take a look at the link below.
