What is a interesting topic related to mental health?

I am doing a assignment + 30 minute speech for my degree. It either has to be on a topic related to Mental Health, alcohol and other drugs or Dual Diagnosis.
I want to do something related to mental health e.g Obsessive complusive disorder (OCD)
any other interesting disorders you can suggest???

Biggest debate for the past 30 yrs has been the patients right to refuse medication.
Families argue that a person diagnosed with a mental health problem is legally not responsible to make such a major decision about their medical care. They base this on competency rulings in criminal matters.
The law currently sides with the patient. You can make this into a thesis since it is such a hot potato
NY families almost got the State lawmakers to change the law last year and will try again this year.
