What is a quality, reasonably priced BlueRay Player?

I'm looking to buy my brother a BlueRay Disc Player soon, and I was wondering what would be the best option? He's been looking to buy one himself, and I know that he's looking to have the nicest he can afford. I'd really like to buy it for him, but I've only got so much money.

So I've been researching, and my best bet right now is this one:

I bought this because it was on sale for $100 on the above site, which is an amazing price for bluray player with netflix streaming. For those of you who are unfamiliar, you can watch movies directly from the internet using netflix. This capability alone is worth $80. Add the bluray player and the price is amazing.

it's about 300, it's the best quality blue ray player on the market. any other one is overpriced compared to what else the PS3 can do
