What is an interesting topic that I can narrow down for speech class?

I have to narrow down a topic to reasearch and talk about in speech class but I can't think of anything that would be interesting.

the increase in comsuming in the us
the pinpoint of advertising changing from adults to teens
how the govt. parties change whenever there's a war (bush got us into the war in iraq, so we became democrats again)
how society's culture changes whenever there's a big boom in technology
