In the year 200X, World War III began. Special bombs destroyed parts of cities such as Tokyo, leaving decimation in their wake. Needless would be by far the closest, Bake isn't that action-y and had a dark sense of humour (but still super awesome), Rosy and HSTOD have more "oh look boobs" ecchi. Toppa Tengen Gurran Lagann would also fit but its mecha.
