what is better blu ray or dvd?

I have laptop that has a blu ray player in it witch is best dvd or blu ray
 
If u have a bigger screen that's greater than 32".
And a decent home theater system greater than $250. A blu ray player is recommended.
Else a dvd would be better.
 
Blu-ray is higher technology, more data, higher resolution, and higher price for the same films on disc. I recommend that you treat it like new release movies. The ones that you'd like to see in the theater because of the graphics, effects, and action scenes-get the Blu-ray Disc. The films that would make you say, "I'll wait for the DVD to come out"- save the money and get the DVD, it will satisfy the same. Don't worry about purchasing DVDs, Blu-ray has "planned obsolescence" also. To simplify, Blu-ray is better, and it costs more.
 
Dvd. Cause blue ray you pay more for the disk and it's just graphics
 
id go for bluray since you have the option just because they have more extra features in them
