What is the bast way to convince my mom to let me get internet in my room?

I can pay for it I have a job, I am a 16 year old male but I am more of a gamer and would most likely use a 40ft Ethernet cord to hook up from my Xbox 360 to the modem. She likes to use the loose term "above and beyond" and also likes to change the words that she said, how do I do it?

Well for the changing her words problem, you can make up a contract and get her to sign it. Thats what i have to do with my parents all the time.
