What is the best European Cruise or Cruise to Greece?

We're a young couple looking for an upscale cruise to Europe or Greece. Which cruise line and itinary is recommended? We want to get the most for our money but still be on a ship and visit ports where there is some amazing scenery, architecture, and some night life on board. Any suggestions? We're targeting Spring 2011. We'd be departing from the Philadelphia area so airfare will be a cost consideration.
 
I went with Norwegian Cruise Line and took the Mediterranean route for 7days (Spain, Italy, Monaco, Palma De Mallorca). Currently, I would stay away from Greece - because of all the strikes and protests going on there (big money mess)... just don't think it's really safe for tourists, but it might change in the future.

Check few 3rd party websites and compare them to the cruise liner websites as they sell 'packages' (air + cruise) for a discounted price. Also, book ahead as it's usually cheaper and they also offer on board credit and free upgrades sometimes.
