of the web during work hours? I am a work at home consultant and thus it's important for me to maintain productivity - unfortunately I have low self-control. 
What I want is a free program that ideally:
- blocks all web-sites for a designated amount of time with a few exceptions
- ideally, encrypts the password so I couldn't change the settings if I wanted to
