What is the best home theater system for the most resonable price?

I already have an HD 40' Sony Bravia XBR 6. And a Sony PS3. I am looking for some surround sound audio to compliment them. Do you know any particular brand with great ratings but not a huge price tag? Thanks
 
there is Boss pseakers that can be up to $1000.00 but you can get some for around $200.00-$300.00.
