(They sold us a car with no title.)? Recently we bought a two-year old car from a dealership. As a part of the deal the dealership was supposed to fix a couple of things that they had to order parts for. They also said they inspected the car and had ten days to send us the inspection papers and the title.
As soon as the papers were signed they told us they only had one key. These keys cost about $350.00 An argument ensued, after which they promised to have the key made and have it ready when the other parts came in.
It is a month later and nothing has been done. My wife went in to complain. She discovered that they hadn't ordered the key, were not prepared to make any of the agreed changes and that they didn't even have a title to the car. They said they were trying to get a title and that one was on the way. For the past month we have been riding around in a car that has no title and no inspection sticker.
I want to make an official complaint in a manner that would best get their attention.
