I'm 25 years old and I want to lose weight Im 300lbs im 6'3 and I started to go to Bally's and I want to know whats a good routine? I wanted to build muscle and I started to do weights but I feel really slow I play soccer in a team twice a week. I want to get faster thats why I want to lose the weight.
I would like to know whats good to lose the weight with a good pace and healthy way.
