What is the difference between Opel and Vauxhaul cars?

Opel and vauxhall are the same company.The name Opel is used in india, and other asian countries. The name vauxhall is used in european countries such as UK, Germany, etc.

in north america, they call it saturn.
 
Opel is the name used for cars in ireland that would be a 'vauxhall' in england.
As far as i know there are no differences in the cars.

There is very little difference between Vauxhall and Opel they usually are the same kind, but with sublte differenaces for where they are sold Opel is the world brand name and Vauxhall is the UK brand name its as simple as that
