Leisure covers all types of activities such as museums, castles and gardens, cinema, etc. Recreation implies some type of physical activity. Walking, cycling, swimming, sailing, etc
There will be activities that are both leisure and recreation such as Activity holidays. Just remember to link your answer to the Tourist trade. Good Luck!
