...termination fee? I'm currently with Verizon, I signed a contract in early November 2008.
Is the contract literally 2 years? I have heard yes and no...

I'm wanting to switch over to AT&T. iPhone!

The earliest you could terminate your contract with no ETF is in early November 2010. Yes it is a 2-year contract- your ETF right now should be $85. But why, oh why, would you want an iDont on a horrible network...?? *shakes head*
