What is the meaning to "He who came to fullfill prophecy/God's word not abolish it"!?

And also "The thief comes to distroy,NOT BUILD" is he talking about a mere shoplifter or a thief of graver proportions!?

Means exactly what it says, he came to fulfill God's word the Torah or the old testament, Jesus was speaking to the Jewish people at the time. Only problem is most didn't even realize he was the messiah they been waiting for.

He is talking about satan I believe in your 2nd question.

These are weird translations

The theif comes not but to kill steal and destroy...is refering to Satan's agenda being only harmful

And Jesus did not come to abolish the law, but complete it, which He did on the cross

The disctiction here, is that there was a bill due, for our sins....Jesus don't just make that bill disappear, He paid for it

Jesus fulfilled or built upon the seeds that were planted in the OT, rather than destroy them.

One example is the reinterpretation of the fall of Adam and Eve to fulfillment in the Prodigal Son.
