I've heard if you dont eat your body stores fat and you dont lose weight. well since a couple days ago i've been eating a yogurt in the morning (thats it for the day) and running/walking 4 miles. i just want to know if i'll lose weight that way. for the rest of the day i really dont do anything sense i got kicked out of school about over a year ago, all i've been doing sense than is sleep, smoke weed, and eat during the school hours.
