I took it to Sears and they told me it was Water pump (and they were gonna charge me 350 for labor and 120 for part). I'm not dumb so i decided to ask around couple people, and majority had said it indeed is water pump, however one mechanic said it is Harmonic Balance.
So tonight the water pump got changed, all fluids were taken care of and the car was noise-free for about 10 min, then it started again.
It's VERY loud fast knocking sound..that people just cant seem to know where its coming from. Any suggestions? I wanna take it to shop again but at least i can tell them to check some things in particular. When i put the car in Park it stops, but as soon as i switch to Drive it begins, and if I'm driving slow oe standing at light it's the loudest.
