What is the plastic light cover on the trunk of an Audi called?

I backed into a pole yesterday and the only damage was that the plastic on the trunk broke. This plastic has two red lights under it (one on each side) and goes around the license plate. I can’t find a replacement part because I don’t know what this part is called. I have attached a picture, so you can see what part I am referring to. Please help!!!!
