What is the price and release date in Australia for the iPhone 4G?

I am wondering if any of you can help me about the release date and the price in Australian dollars for the iPhone 4G. I know that the phone is being released sometime in July 2010, but does anyone have an exact date? For my second question, does anyone know the price it will cost to buy the iPhone straight up without a plan. If not a price for a straight up buy what will be some of the plan details?
