What is the process of getting new rims for my car?

I want to buy these rims for my car. I can buy them off trademe (New Zealand's eBay) quite cheap or buy them from the store. If I buy them from Trademe how do I put them on my car? And if I buy them from the store will they install them for me? Also do I need to buy new tires with the rims or can I keep my ones I have now as they are relatively new. THANK YOU
