What is the quickest way to regain your vocal chords from screaming and yelling?

Last night i was screaming and yelling, and now i cant sing at all. in two days i have band practice and i need my voice to sing on sunday, were like emery, and jimmy eat the world. can some one tell me how i can get my singing voice back, and how can i keep and maintain a good singing voice? Thanks.
