www.myxer.com i use it all the time and its free and there's more than just ringers on there you can get clips of movies and wallpapers or you can upload your own songs and do it that way too

its mostly free(except certain songs, but is very obvious when they are charging you, it will tell you in big letters in almost the center of the screen) and gives no viruses or hidden charges. you also can get free games, wallpapers, and screen savers for your phone on this website.
