So I have an LG enV Touch. The problem is, the phone shuts off randomly, especially when I'm sending a text. And it doesn't save the text so I constantly have to re-type out the texts. It also resets ALL of my settings to default and it's irritating me. I went to the Verizon store to talk to them and they said it was a software issue, and even after them updating it, my phone STILL shuts off randomly (but now it doesn't reset to default settings). I want a new phone... does anybody know the price of an early upgrade fee? I renewed my contract and got the phone in September.
