What is this Asian noodle dish called?

LOL I want my dad to bring some of this home from work, so can you guys tell me?
It is made out of flat rice noodles. Also, beef, soy sauce, bean sprouts, and I think some sort of onion is added. If you guys know what it is, can you guys please tell me how to say it in Cantonese? Also, what is it called in English?...I know it's not chow mein.
