I saw a repeat of it about a year ago. There were some friends and a couple living in a building. I think the couple lived upstairs and the friends downstairs. One of the main sets was a view of the appartment bulding, where you saw the stair case and the doors of the 2 friends appartments. there was a girl with short curly hair (i think) and it one episode the couple thought they found they had extra cupboards in their appartments, turns out it was a secret cupboard which had tv screens with survaliance footage of their friends appartments, while watching it they found out some one was stealing something because they were in love with some person, then i think one of the friends snuk into the other friends appartment and thought she saw the guy but it was like a dummy of him made from all the stuff that was stolen. then in the end the friends find out about the tv screens and you see them looking angry and about to smash them.
