my memory card? So, I have a Motorola Rival with Verizon what does the "USB Mode" mean when it tells you if you want it in "Media Sync Mode" or "Modern Mode" does it have to do with the memory? because I bought a 4GB memory card but yet I don't know how to set it up, when I turn on my phone it says "Memory Card Inserted" I don't know what to do to stop it from telling me I have it in. How do I set it up?

Actually in USB mode you can use your phone as a pen-drive. It will transfer files and store it in your memory card or phone memory. I have SEK790i when you insert the usb cable it asks you to select from File transfer mode or phone mode. If you select phone mode then its connected to phone's modem and you can access GPRS or the file transfer mode you can't access GPRS and is equivalent to your motorola USB mode.

You can go to your phones menu -> options and usb connection settings to change it. I don't use motorola phone but hope will give you a basic idea.
