I just bought a dongle and installed the drivers. However when I tried to start them I received a message "Bluetooth device not found. Please verify your Bluetooth device is properly connected and turned on."
So I took out my dongle, and shoved it back in. There was a new message: " One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it."My PC has Windows 7, and i have tried 4 different drivers off the net.
Is my dongle broken? How would I get it working?

bluetooth devices generally need a pin when first set up? try 0000 or 1234 are usually the defaults, just unistall and start again, and take you time, use drive that comes with the device. Upgrade later if need be.
