My ImpeccaDVP-935PW stopped processing images on the screen. It remains black while the audio on DVD's and Cds remain fine. I haven't used in for awhile but it was stored in the case. I've plugged in the powercord to outlet and the spinner works but no visuals whatsoever. What's wrong?
