Recently I've had a huge load of trouble with my new to be 1992 Accord wagon. I drove it for several weeks without problems, and suddenly the other night during a long drive (headlights on) the right blinker indicator came on solid on the dash. The turn signal lights outside the car are also on solid. This is without touching the signal unit. If I signal left, it flashes as normal, if i signal right, the light simply stays solid (no clicking from the relay unit). Turning on the hazards makes all the signal lights (in and out) turn on solid.

To further complicate things, if I turn the headlights off, the right signal works as normal UNLESS I'm pressing the brake pedal as well, in which case the right signal goes solid again.

So essentially if the headlights or the brakelights are on, the right signal goes solid.

I've checked the fuses and all the bulbs are still working. I also checked the main battery ground and it appears in tact. Could it be the malfunctioning light grounds? Could a malfunctioning flasher relay cause this problem? Any help would be appreciated!!
I almost forgot, could this be a problem with my ICU? I've read that strange electrically problems can come from a bad ICU.

i cant think of the part name for the life of me.
but the auto parts store has the part. its the blinker, they make a fuse looking thing that makes it blink.
