For men, what is the thing(turn on) you need to know or do to get them, and what makes you lose them(turn off)?

For women, what is the one thing(turn on) you need to know or do to get them, and what makes you lose them(turn off)?

I give you a hint... men are hunters and women are gathers by nature - kinda like sellers and buyers.
 
I tell pretty women they are smart and smart women they are pretty, the panties just melt right off.

Turn off:
Personality: Narrow-mindedness
Physical: Careless dress style / hygiene.
