What kind of paint should I use to paint my car rims black?

What kinf of paint should I use?
Where can I get the paint from?
How much does the paint cost?
Will the paint come off with a powerwasher or car wheel cleaner?
Will the colr give my rims a good look and shine to it?
I am a "do it yourself" kind of guy so if you know where to get paint for my rims, and how much it costs?
 
You could try some paint from your auto parts guy. The paint I am thinking of is for parts that get hot. Ask your parts guy, they know stuff
