Hello, I was wondering whether I need a 150/250/350 1500/2500/3500. Someone I know has a lifted 4x4 1978 f150 mud truck for sale and I was thinking about getting it. The only problem is that It isn't street legal. I'm wondering what kind of truck I need to pull this (I would prefer a diesel so I can use it for many years as a work truck). Also, in the future I plan to get a 21-24' wakeboard/skii boat. I think this may be lighter than the truck so.. I've researched the different weights trucks can pull, but I still can't really decide.
