I carry several: Chef's Knife, Santoku, Slicer, Bread Knife, a straight-blade Paring Knife, a Birds-beak Paring Knife, and a Meat Cleaver (in my knife kit)
since a lot of knife talk is going on here i need some help picking out a knife. someone recommend me a knife. it will be used most likely everyday during all different construction jobs. price range is $180 don't really want to pay 180 though.
For a small fixed, I'd say go for the ZT 0121. For folder, I'd say ZT 0200.
I'm in love with this branch of Kershaw right now, because they are sturdy as hell and have a mind blowing warranty.
i want the crkt m16 10kz, but i already know its tiny as fuck. anyone have any good comments about it? i like more handfilling knifes, but i dont have cash
I'm partial to the leek myself.
It's a good framelock knife, comes with a reversible clip for tip up/tip down carry, and is overall a good low price piece.
i did always want it. i got the scallion (one bad ass fucker) but returned shortly after just cuz i needed my money back for other things, and i didnt use it as much. but back to the leek. do you have the serrated combo blade?
