I'm 20 and engaged.. In about a year and a half I plan to marry my wonderful fiancee, and I'd like to know what muscles I should work on if I'd like to carry her over the threshold on our wedding night. She's about my height, and I'm not in shape, so right now it's a struggle to lift her or carry her (she's average weight for our height.)
Anyway, what muscles should I work on? Our apartment complex has various machines that focus on biceps, triceps, etc., and I want to know which ones I should spend a little extra time on.
